Overview

The Application Administrator role involves maintaining service quality for customers by managing problem tickets, change management tickets, and incident delivery orders, while coordinating with various stakeholders.

In Short

• Operative interface between Service Delivery Management, customers, and vendors.
• Create and manage tickets to ensure service quality.
• Responsible for application-based request fulfillment.
• Support and consult Service Delivery Management.
• Coordinate incident, problem, and change management.
• Manage customer-driven changes during service lifecycle.
• Support junior administrators in skill development.
• Responsible for service asset and configuration management.
• Assist in fulfilling KPIs and management requests.
• Engage in project support and pre-sales processes.

Requirements

• Secondary education.
• LPIC 1 Linux certification (advantage).
• Expert IT/PC literacy.
• Advanced knowledge of HW/SW.
• Advanced core platform knowledge.
• Basic ITIL knowledge.
• Basic technical overview in OS, Network, Storage, Backup, Databases, Middleware, Scripting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in project management.
• Upper intermediate English proficiency; German proficiency is a plus.
