GTM Applications Administrator - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a proactive, meticulous, and well-organized professional to oversee the management and optimization of third-party applications such as Gong, Salesloft, BoostUp, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in refining operational efficiency within our CRM, quote-to-cash process and associated systems.

• Serve as the point of contact for administering and supervising access to GTM applications.
• Support operational requirements of the global sales team and various departments.
• Establish efficient automated procedures for user provisioning.
• Conduct regular analysis of license and feature utilization.

Requirements

• Proven experience in administering and optimizing third-party applications.
• Salesforce (or other CRM) experience is highly beneficial.
• Strong understanding of GTM processes and workflows.
• Ability to conduct audits and analyze data.
• Experience working closely with stakeholders.
• Excellent vendor management skills.
