In Short

• Manage the ServiceNow platform focusing on Hardware Asset Management.
• Implement and configure the ServiceNow Enterprise platform.
• Provide day-to-day monitoring and user support.
• Work closely with stakeholders to improve asset management processes.
• Perform regular asset audits and inventory checks.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations.
• Coordinate with different departments to understand asset needs.
• Analyze asset lifecycle and recommend improvements.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow administration experience required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Requirements

• AA or 2-year technical school in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to present information clearly to various audiences.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM modules, especially HAM Pro & SAM Pro.
• Hands-on experience with platform monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance.
• Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
