Overview

The Application Administrator will oversee the installation, administration, configuration, and support of applications, ensuring alignment with testing processes and providing training to new users.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience implementing RIM systems.
• Experience providing technical support for RIM applications.
• Integrating RIM applications with enterprise systems.
• Understanding of system configuration and performance monitoring.
• Familiarity with Case Foundation and Content Manager.
