Overview

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Insurity, you will support and cultivate relationships with customers in the insurance industry, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products.

In Short

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients in the UK Insurance market.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer engagement.

  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Ensure contract compliance and accurate billing.
  • Develop relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Provide insights to enhance customer experience.
  • Work in a hybrid model, either from home or at the London office.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success or related roles in the insurance industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Knowledge of the Property & Casualty insurance market.
  • Understanding of insurance underwriting and claims processes.
  • Experience with geospatial data and risk assessment.
  • Proficiency with basic APIs.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Willingness to travel (20%).
