In Short

  • Oversee a seamless transition from the Enterprise Sales team to the Customer Success Management (CSM) team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and internal teams.
  • Develop strategic Account Plans in collaboration with teams to monitor customer health and identify risks.
  • Create and manage detailed Success Plans tracking customer objectives from pre-sale through post-implementation.
  • Lead regular business reviews with customers, communicating progress and identifying innovative solutions.
  • Foster relationships with key decision makers to anticipate needs and strengthen engagement.
  • Identify and execute mitigation plans for potential risks to customer success.
  • Drive growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Gather customer feedback to inform ongoing product development.
  • Encourage customer advocacy through participation in referrals and case studies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Project Management, or relevant industry experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Experience in the Industrials industry is preferred.
  • Domain experience with CAD, ALM, PLM, or SLM software.
  • Ability to translate technical issues into business terms.
  • Proficient in project management with strong multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
