The Senior Manager, Customer Success leads a team of Customer Success Managers focused on driving retention, product adoption, and growth across assigned customer segments. This role translates company goals into clear priorities, consistent engagement standards, and scalable practices that improve customer outcomes and business performance.

In Short

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers.
  • Set team goals and performance expectations.
  • Oversee execution of the customer lifecycle.
  • Review portfolio health and customer risk indicators.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, and Support.
  • Improve Customer Success processes and reporting.
  • Support complex customer situations and executive-level engagements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Success or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience leading Customer Success teams.
  • Experience managing retention and growth outcomes.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with CRM and customer success platforms.
