VitalSource is hiring a Manager of Enablement to lead and scale a team focused on enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency through effective enablement programs.

• Lead a team of Enablement Managers and Senior Enablement Managers.
• Drive high-quality enablement programs to boost product adoption.

• Experience in a SaaS or B2B environment preferred.

Requirements

• 6+ years in Customer Enablement or related fields.
• 2+ years in a management or leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in leading enablement programs.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and enablement tools.
