Overview

The Senior Customer Success Manager, Global Accounts will support the Customer Success team to provide exceptional service and value realization to our clients, with a strong focus on global acting accounts.

In Short

• Support Customer Success team for global accounts.
• Partner with Sales to activate new revenue.
• Maintain strong client relationships and increase adoption of IAS technology.
• Conduct strategic client meetings and webinars.
• Negotiate and activate contract renewals.
• Forecast and track key account metrics and revenue.
• Collaborate with internal departments for customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with SFDC, Gainsight or ToTango.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Manage client portfolios and drive business value.
