  • Drive strategy and revenue growth across Central and Eastern European Holding Companies and Agencies.
  • Build strategic relationships with key agencies and brands in the Polish market.
  • Identify and drive new revenue opportunities with local Polish brands.
  • Manage relationships at Holding Companies and independent agencies.
  • Deliver engagement sessions and communicate IAS value propositions.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to maximize client strategies.
  • Support business planning and revenue growth.
  • Understand the competitive landscape.
  • Exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Provide market feedback to product teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the digital marketplace, preferably in sales.
  • Successful track record in achieving sales revenue targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of the media landscape in Poland.
  • Extensive network of contacts in Polish Holding Companies and Agencies.
  • Fluency in Polish, English, and preferably German.
  • Ability to build and pitch strategic business proposals.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Resourceful and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
