Overview

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at commonsku, you will help reshape the promotional products industry by ensuring long-term engagement and retention of customers, acting as a technical partner to maximize the platform's value.

  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
  • Experience with AI is a plus.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, ideally within a SaaS or tech company.
  • Analytical & Technical Aptitude: Comfort troubleshooting API/webhook issues.
  • Exceptional Communication: Ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Comfort working independently and asynchronously.
  • Experience (or excitement for) working with AI.
