Overview

The Executive Assistant will support the co-founders of commonsku, enabling them to focus on high-priority work while managing schedules, communications, and logistics in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives.
  • Proven experience managing complex calendars.
  • Strong executive-level writing skills.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and make decisions.
  • Deep fluency in modern productivity tools.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency.
  • Exceptionally organized and calm under pressure.
  • Strong judgment and discretion with sensitive information.
  • Ability to work across all levels of the organization.
  • Located in Toronto, with flexibility for in-person meetings.
