Communications Manager, Social Media and Customer Advocacy - Remote

Overview

The Corporate Marketing team is central to building Sift's brand presence and amplifying our customer success stories in the market. You'll be joining a small but high-performing team that's passionate about Sift's mission and committed to driving measurable impact for the business. We pull for each other and celebrate wins together while maintaining clear focus on how our work moves the company forward. This role reports to the VP of Corporate Marketing and requires close collaboration with key stakeholders across demand generation, customer success, product marketing, sales, PR, and executive leadership to level-up Sift’s social media and customer advocacy strategy and execution.

In Short

• Own and execute comprehensive social media strategy across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging content that positions Sift as an industry leader.
• Monitor social conversations about fraud prevention to identify engagement opportunities.
• Own the customer advocacy program, SuperSifters.
• Coordinate customer participation in speaking opportunities and media outreach.
• Serve as liaison with external PR agencies.
• Support PR campaign development and execution.
• Assist with crisis communication planning when needed.
• Track and analyze social media performance.
• Collaborate across teams to amplify product launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 4-6 years of marketing experience with expertise in social media management.
• Track record of building social media presence for B2B technology companies.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with external agencies and vendors.
• Proficiency with social media management tools.
• Strategic mindset focused on measurable business objectives.
• Must-haves: determination, scrapiness, and creativity.
