Overview

The Customer Success Manager at Kiddom plays a crucial role in helping educators maximize their experience with an innovative educational platform designed to promote student equity and growth.

In Short

  • Build and manage relationships with educators and schools.
  • Guide onboarding, implementation, and adoption of the Kiddom platform.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Conduct training and strategic analysis for ongoing platform use.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer success.
  • Monitor usage trends and enhance user experience.
  • Participate in onsite visits to support district initiatives.
  • Adapt responsibilities as needed based on contributions.

Requirements

  • BA or BS degree or higher.
  • 3+ years in project management or customer success in a tech environment.
  • Experience in educational administration and large-scale implementations.
  • Familiarity with Student Information Systems.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Suite.
  • Experience with High Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM).
  • Experience within the NYC Public Schools system.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Must be based in the NYC Region.
