Requirements

  • BA or BS degree or higher.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in customer success or account management.
  • Experience with High Quality Instruction Materials (HQIM).
  • Experience with SAAS product setup and administration.
  • Field experience in education or ed-tech.
  • Strong empathy for educators and passion for equitable education.
