Overview

The Print Project Manager at Kiddom is responsible for managing print curriculum projects, ensuring successful execution to meet business goals while collaborating with various teams.

In Short

• Manage print projects from kickoff through final file delivery for English and Spanish products.
• Utilize project management software to track and report on all project statuses.
• Transmit project files (including PDFs and InDesign files) to all user groups.
• Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Schedule and lead weekly Print Production status meetings.
• Facilitate status calls with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Support query management and resolution for production issues.
• Assist in organizing work based on team member expertise.
• Partner with the Contract Management team to hire independent contractors as needed.
• Provide project updates to stakeholders regarding strategy and progress.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of project management experience; minimum 1 year in education or print production.
• Strong empathy for educators.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative problem solving.
• Experience using JIRA and Monday management software preferred.
