Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and talented Project Manager to join our OLIVER + client teams. The role will involve driving operational efficiencies, ensuring quality-control, and developing standards to enhance content creation processes.

In Short

• Drive operational efficiencies and ensure quality-control.
• Serve as Content Custodian to key stakeholders.
• Manage and maintain Marketing content in the Digital Asset Management system.
• Consult with stakeholders to ensure compliance with business requirements.
• Train new users on applicable systems and processes.
• Collaborate with other functions to improve content operations.
• Analyze and report on system performance for continuous improvement.
• Manage/co-manage Global Marketing Content Operations Coordinator.
• Ensure licensing and copyright compliance for content.
• Support the Content Compliance & Governance team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Factors, Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience.
• Excellent project management skills and process improvement competency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Dual Track Agile, Lean UX or Design Thinking.
• Passion for AI and new technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
• Demonstrated experience with content management systems.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Self-starter with an agile mindset.
