Project Manager (OMG Support & Deployment) - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager (OMG Support & Deployment) will lead the rollout of new OMG sites to internal agencies and clients, including training and support for users.

In Short

• Lead the rollout of new OMG sites.
• Provide training to internal agencies and clients.
• Manage user support requests via Jira Support-desk.
• Map end-to-end user workflows through workshops.
• Configure OMG sites to meet client requirements.
• Document setup and create help guides.
• Gather reporting requirements and manage rollout plans.
• Conduct weekly refresher trainings.
• Maintain a minimum home-internet speed of 200mbps.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Superb communication skills in English.
• Experience with agency systems like TrafficLIVE, Mavenlink, Jira.
• Background in project management and change management.
• Understanding of software configuration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision.
• Passion for AI and new technologies.
• Ability to learn and understand AI tools.
