Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5-7 years of experience in Customer Success Management.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare and/or benefits.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Clear and empathetic communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects effectively.
• Self-starter with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Experience in team management.
