Overview

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience with platforms like ReClique Core, Daxko Operations, etc.
  • Familiarity with CRM and customer success tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic, consultative approach to problem-solving.
  • Confidence in interpreting data and trends.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Technical acumen to support complex software solutions.
