Overview

TestPros is seeking a self-motivated Customer Success Manager (CSM) who can build strong client relationships, deliver value through our IT Services solutions, and drive client satisfaction across our growing base of Commercial and State/Local government customers.

In Short

  • Build strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Conduct technical scoping and requirements reviews.
  • Work with technical experts to deliver services.
  • Lead project status meetings and deliver associated reports.
  • Help customers align IT initiatives with compliance frameworks.
  • Provide technical sales support through a consultative process.
  • Manage customer contacts and fulfillment processes via HubSpot CRM.
  • Assist with account planning and budgeting.
  • Develop and manage client relationships.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Excellent customer relations and sales skills.
  • Customer/Account Management experience.
  • Knowledge of IT Security and IT Accessibility.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
