Overview

Xello is looking for a Customer Success Manager who is passionate about cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction.

In Short

  • Manage renewals and drive revenue growth.
  • Foster long-term partnerships with clients.

  • Share best practices for implementing Xello.
  • Engage clients to increase usage and solve business needs.
  • Assess account health and address concerns proactively.
  • Coordinate web-based training and product demonstrations.
  • Document client interactions in Salesforce.
  • Attend client and industry-related events.
  • Protect confidential information and uphold ethics.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, preferably in SaaS.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience managing client expectations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Self-directed and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
