Overview

The Customer Success Manager will play a key role in driving Customer Success, optimization, and upselling of new business opportunities for customers.

In Short

• Own overall relationships with assigned customers.
• Manage customer life cycle & account management.
• Escalation Management and Stakeholder Management.
• Develop innovative ways to share data and insights.
• Provide best practices to drive user behavior and product adoption.
• Conduct onboarding, training, and review calls with customers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Customer Success Management.
• Proactive, self-starter with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, listening, and articulation skills.
• Experience in analyzing data to identify growth opportunities.
• Experience using customer success and CRM tools.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and a team player.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
