In Short

  • Engage with Enterprise customers to drive adoption of AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
  • Deliver outstanding customer outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Manage onboarding and deployment projects for Cohere products.
  • Provide change management expertise to organizations.
  • Gather customer feedback for product improvement.
  • Travel approximately 15% of the time for customer relationship building.
  • Create customer success plans with clear goals and timelines.
  • Advocate for customer needs within the organization.
  • Identify and address at-risk renewals or user churn.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Fluency in Korean and English required.
  • Experience with Generative AI or traditional ML solutions.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and project management skills.
  • Commitment to customer success and learning.
  • Track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
