Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Timescale, you will partner with customers to drive adoption and retention, ensuring their long-term success with our PostgreSQL cloud platform.

In Short

  • Drive conversion, feature adoption, retention, and expansion among valuable customers.
  • Develop communication cadence with customers to monitor adoption trends and account health.
  • Uncover opportunities for deeper engagement and expansion.
  • Motivate customers to act as Timescale advocates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support trial customers and conversions.
  • Act as the voice of the customer for actionable product feedback.
  • Work with accounts of all sizes, from large customers to startups.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success or related roles at a SaaS company.
  • Experience with developer tools or technical products is essential.
  • Collaborate with internal Sales and Support teams to understand client needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships to mitigate churn and drive renewals.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, and HubSpot is preferred.
