Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a technical customer success role.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong curiosity and desire to learn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven relationship-building skills with VP and C-Suite management.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience with APIs.
• Familiarity with CRM and support platforms like Zendesk and Salesforce.
