Finance & Operations Analyst - Remote

Overview

Netomi is seeking a hands-on Finance & Operations Analyst to join our lean accounting team. This role involves managing core accounting operations and enterprise-level reporting while partnering closely with the VP of Finance & Operations.

In Short

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain dashboards, variance analyses, and commentary.
• Own month-end close and AP/AR processes.
• Support FP&A activities including budgeting and forecasting.
• Drive process accuracy and cycle-time reduction.
• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors.
• Help streamline finance processes as the company scales.
• Operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and ownership.
• Utilize advanced Excel/Sheets and modern finance tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance/accounting roles.
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments.
• Fluency in cash-basis and accrual-basis accounting.
• Hands-on experience with AR/AP processes.
• Strong enterprise-level reporting skills.
• High ownership and learning mindset.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with accounting tools.
• Experience with systems like QBO, Ramp, and Expensify.
• Comfort with finance automation tools.
