Finance & Operations Analyst - Remote

Overview

Netomi is seeking a hands-on finance professional with strong startup exposure to manage financial reporting, core accounting operations, and stakeholder-facing finance tasks while growing into a Finance & Operations leadership role.

In Short

• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Strong understanding of GAAP standards and support audits.
• Own financial dashboards and variance analysis.
• Manage and improve Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Proactively propose solutions for undefined scenarios.
• Gradually take on broader Finance & Operations responsibilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operations.
• High ownership mindset and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Excellent Excel skills with financial modelling familiarity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance/accounting roles.
• Strong understanding of cash basis and GAAP accounting.
• Hands-on experience managing AR/AP processes.
• Experience preparing reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Keen desire for professional growth.
• Excellent Excel skills.
