Overview

Netomi is seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Manager to drive cross-functional execution across various teams, ensuring smooth customer implementations and alignment on priorities.

In Short

• Own end-to-end delivery of programs across teams.
• Lead daily/weekly huddles for team alignment.
• Build and maintain program plans and milestone trackers.
• Monitor progress and escalate blockers.
• Serve as a central coordination point between teams.
• Translate requirements between customer-facing and technical teams.
• Maintain dashboards and weekly status reports.
• Oversee delivery of integration workflows and customer implementations.
• Manage resource allocation and sprint capacity planning.
• Drive retrospective outcomes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management or Technical Project Management.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Experience with cross-functional teams in high-growth environments.
• Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Asana, or Confluence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing API- or integration-heavy projects is a plus.
• Certifications (PMP, CSM, SAFe) are a plus.
