Program Manager - Remote

Overview

Nemean Solutions is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to oversee corporate engagements and manage contracts within the National Capital Region, providing leadership and ensuring operational requirements are met.

In Short

• 100% remote position.
• Must reside in the NCR or Northern Virginia region.
• Main point of contact for assigned contracts.
• Responsible for managing contractor staff and ensuring contract objectives are met.
• Involved in recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Prepare reports and identify risks to contract performance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
• Generate new business opportunities.
• Must have a DoD SECRET Level Clearance.
• Approximately 25% travel required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 5-7 years of program management experience.
• Experience in Federal Government Contracting preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
