The Program Manager will lead projects and support clients in a collaborative environment, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Five years of related experience, preferably in association management.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated problem solver.
  • Flexibility for evening and weekend meetings.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for events.
