In Short

  • Supports assigned committees in implementing strategic goals.
  • Coordinates online education such as podcasts and webinars.
  • Manages the online member community and website content.
  • Develops communications for print, online, and social media.
  • Provides conference support including speaker and sponsor programs.
  • Delivers high-level customer service to members.
  • Fosters relationships with key contacts and sponsors.
  • Maintains records and files for the company and association.
  • Demonstrates good judgment in problem-solving.
  • Works independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
  • Strong business math and analytical skills.
  • Commitment to high-quality customer service.
  • Flexibility for evening and weekend meetings.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Three or more years of related experience.
