In Short

  • Manage and oversee assigned programs and projects.

  • Serve as primary staff liaison to assigned committees.
  • Manage podcasts and webinars.
  • Update and manage the Association website.
  • Assist online member community users and maintain content.
  • Handle association communications across multiple platforms.
  • Provide excellent customer service to members.
  • Support conference activities.
  • Work independently and collaboratively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Five years of related experience.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated problem solver.
  • Flexibility for evening and weekend meetings.
  • Willingness to travel for events.
