Overview

The Program Manager at ApotheCom will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of client projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met while collaborating with internal teams and clients.

• Manage day-to-day tasks across multiple publication programs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align on priorities.
• Develop and distribute project status reports.
• Route materials for review and consolidate feedback.
• Help prepare proposals and pricing estimates.
• Build, track, and reconcile budgets.

• Draft and proof client correspondence and project summaries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (Life Sciences preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in medical communications.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong financial acumen and Excel skills.
• Proactive, team-focused attitude.
• Passion for science and healthcare.
