Overview

As a Program Manager, you will oversee and drive the successful delivery of IT services within customer IT lifecycle programs, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with business objectives.

In Short

• Take ownership of program success
• Deep-dive into Excel data models and performance metrics
• Drive process improvement and service alignment
• Oversee end-to-end IT service delivery for the PCaaS program
• Ensure compliance with customer business rules and SLAs
• Manage inventory, returns, and B Stock redeployment
• Build and maintain Excel data models and dashboards
• Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders
• Lead and mentor team members
• Implement ITIL-based frameworks for service management

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT service delivery or program management
• Proven ability to manage strategy and operational execution
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow workflows
• Strong background in reporting and data analysis
• Bachelor's degree required
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred
• PMP certification is a plus
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
