Program Manager - Remote

Overview

LAC Federal is seeking an experienced Program Manager to provide overall leadership and contractual oversight for a federal grants management support program.

In Short

• Serve as the primary interface with the Government Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
• Lead overall management of contract personnel and ensure work quality.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and timely reporting.
• Manage pre-award and post-award activities including budget reviews.
• Lead quality assurance activities across the contract.
• Monitor performance metrics and address potential risks.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping within government systems.
• Provide guidance on grants administration processes.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams effectively.
• Address performance risks and maintain continuity of operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of Federal grants management experience.
• Minimum 5 years managing Federal programs and professional staff.
• Expert knowledge of 2 CFR Part 200.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and mitigate risk.
