Client Engagement Manager - Remote

Overview

LAC Federal is seeking a Client Engagement Manager (CEM) to cultivate client relationships and oversee multiple client projects while managing staff performance and project costs.

In Short

• Own and cultivate client relationships through regular communication.
• Oversee multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Proactively monitor staff performance and manage project costs.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities at existing clients.
• Hybrid position (~75% remote, ~25% client-facing).
• Regular visits to client sites in the Washington DC Metro Area required.
• Full-time permanent position with benefits.
• Candidates must live within the Washington DC Metro Area.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding activities.
• Support business development and proposal efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 3 years of working experience, with 1-2 years in a client-facing federal project management role.
• Experience in federal staffing, recruiting, or workforce management.
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
