Overview

The Client Engagement Manager is responsible for the growth, retention, and overall success of assigned Ensono client accounts, acting as the primary point of accountability for client satisfaction and business outcomes.

In Short

  • Manage overall client relationships and advocate for client needs.
  • Drive account growth through strategic planning and opportunity identification.
  • Ensure high-quality service execution with delivery teams.
  • Proactively manage account health, including renewals and risk mitigation.
  • Build long-term relationships to achieve “clients for life” outcomes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet client objectives.
  • Prepare materials for client meetings and reviews.
  • Support proposal development and deal progression.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and relationship-management skills.
  • Operate effectively as an individual contributor in a matrixed organization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing complex, enterprise client relationships.
  • Ability to identify and qualify new opportunities within accounts.
  • Experience with SFDC and managing pipeline activities.
  • Strong ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
  • Experience in managed services or IT consulting environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with hybrid infrastructure and cloud services.
  • Background in regulated or complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage renewals.
  • Effective collaboration with service delivery and pricing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills.
