• Manage a portfolio of accounts while owning a client retention and adoption goal.
• Act as a trusted advisor to HR executives to execute impactful strategies.
• Create and manage account plans aligned with client business goals.

• Drive client satisfaction and act as the voice of the client.
• Facilitate recurring calls and quarterly business reviews.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success.
• Partner with sales to recommend additional products and services.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in account management or client success in SaaS.
• Proven track record in B2B account retention.
• Experience engaging C-Suite executives.
• Familiarity with the HR sector.
• Strong adaptive learning skills.
• Ability to navigate complex client engagement processes.
• Proficiency in translating client needs into product recommendations.
