The Program Director at Ensono acts as a business and technology advisor, leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and working closely with clients to align their strategic business requirements with Ensono's capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience in leading large-scale enterprise IT change management.
• Experience in designing and operating global IT infrastructure.
• Demonstrated program leadership in complex environments.
• Exceptional business acumen to understand client needs.
• 15+ years in technology leadership in hosting and cloud space.
• 7+ years of leadership in enterprise IT or consulting.
• Experience in delivering enterprise IT professional services.
• Ability to work within cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) preferred.
