Overview

The Program Director is accountable for successful sales & delivery of CXM's client accounts, collaborating with various teams to win and deliver client engagements.

• Experience in professional services environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Understanding of client engagement processes.
• Capability to work with various stakeholders.
• Experience in pricing and modeling new business.
• Ability to ensure project alignment with client expectations.
