Program Director - Remote

Overview

The Program Director will be responsible for the overall delivery of the EIS Suite implementation for our customer(s), managing client relationships, partner relationships, and financial management.

• Manage customer relationships related to EIS services delivery.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of implementation services within budget.
• Collaborate with System Integration partners for effective service delivery.
• Advise on best practices for EIS Suite delivery.
• Handle contractual management and develop Statements of Work.
• Manage financials and internal profit and loss.
• Provide direction to project teams and clients.
• Build lasting client relationships through professional behavior.
• Identify solutions to client requirements with existing EIS configurations.
• Expand EIS software relationships with customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Project or Program Management.
• Experience leading large insurtech programs is essential.
• Effective management of onshore/offshore models.
• Ability to understand complex business processes.
• Strong consultative and facilitation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in French, both written and oral.
• Willingness to travel approximately < 25%.
