Program Director - Remote

Overview

The Program Director plays a vital role in building and nurturing volunteer-driven communities of senior data leaders, fostering connections, driving event success, and contributing to the overall development and growth of these communities.

In Short

• Establish and maintain strong business community relationships with CDOs and data leaders.
• Maintain a database of information on data leaders in assigned cities.
• Encourage participation in the CDO Magazine community and events.
• Own the execution of community-focused events.
• Coordinate with internal teams for successful event planning and execution.
• Travel to in-person programs approximately 6-8 times per year.
• Ensure excellent attendee and sponsor experience at events.
• Monitor and evaluate event performance for future improvements.
• Build successful communities measured by revenue and engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with various teams to align event goals.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in sales, program management, or community building.
• Strong ability to establish rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication skills with C-level executives.
• Demonstrated success in developing and managing communities.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
• Comfortable with public speaking and facilitating discussions.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
