• Lead and expand work within the Defense and National Security Team.
• Manage a mission-critical user-facing application.
• Be the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
• Drive the creation and execution of a program roadmap.
• Manage day-to-day program delivery and outcomes.
• Tailor Agile methodologies to customer needs.
• Integrate a Product mindset into various workstreams.
• Engage with Technical and Security SMEs.
• Support civilian and military personnel in their tasks.
• Work in a hybrid position with on-site requirements.

Requirements

• 15+ years in IT consulting, with 7 years in agile project/program management.
• Experience managing teams of 30-80+ people.
• Experience managing programs with TCVs of $50M-$100M.
• Experience with software development programs and user-facing applications.
• PMP certification required.
• Active Secret or above clearance preferred.
