RTSM Program Director - Remote

In Short

• Manage one or more customer programs in the RTSM team.
• Oversee successful delivery of RTSM projects.
• Define and document standards, capture and meet KPIs.
• Work closely with key stakeholders.
• Project manage multiple key initiatives.
• Lead and support team members and customers on calls and meetings.
• Ensure a scalable process at a program level.
• Less than 10% travel required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience managing customer portfolios/programs.
• 3+ years of experience in a software company in life sciences.
• 1+ year of experience in RTSM.
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal).
