340B Program Director - Remote

Overview

Visante is looking to add a 340B Program Director to our 340B Service Line. This individual will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance in support of the 340B Service line, ensuring that the qualifications of the covered entities are met and maintained.

In Short

• Full-time position focused on 340B Program management.
• Contribute to compliance expertise on 340B Program details.
• Provide guidance to clients regarding their 340B Program.
• Develop policies in accordance with regulations.
• Understand Medicare cost reports and claims tracer experience.
• Analyze contract pharmacy service agreements.
• Provide ongoing training and education for the 340B Program.
• Perform audits for 340B compliance.
• Support clients in monitoring operational records.
• Travel up to 25% to client sites and meetings.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 5-8 years of related work experience.
• Prior experience managing a 340B Program.
• Experience with pharmaceutical purchasing and inventory.
• Proficiency with split billing vendor/platforms.
• Must reside near a major US International Airport.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent knowledge of medication reimbursement.
