Senior DevOps Engineer - Remote

Overview

EIS is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer in the Analytic team. The person will take full ownership of delivering high-performing, high-impact services and products as SaaS.

In Short

• Ownership of production pipelines, deployments, services
• Deploy software to and maintain multiple environments from Development through Production
• Establish scalable, efficient, and automated processes for large-scale deployments
• Infrastructure to be created from code as per best practice and organized to be easily maintained and extended.
• Service and flow orchestration
• Devise useful metrics for ensuring services meet customer demand
• GitOps-based software development lifecycle
• Work closely with the analytics team to advise on the implementation Security

Requirements

• Capable of performing sysadmin tasks
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with Jenkins
• Experience with Azure or AWS
• GitOps and DevSecOps experience
• DataOps experience
• Proficiency in scripting languages: Bash, Python
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform
• SQL knowledge
• Experience with Git
• Familiarity with Agile methods & tools like JIRA
