Overview

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Adfinis LLC, you’ll take the lead in integrating, automating, and scaling global IT platforms, working with cutting-edge technologies to support mission-critical workloads.

In Short

• Lead the integration and deployment of global DevOps solutions.
• Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI.
• Manage Kubernetes-based platforms for scalability and reliability.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible.
• Build and maintain observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across application and infrastructure layers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations.
• Drive GitOps automation with ArgoCD / Flux.
• Enforce security and compliance controls.
• Support hybrid and API-driven infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and automation.
• Proficient with AWS and Azure.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Experienced in CI/CD pipelines and GitOps.
• Strong grasp of networking and security.
• Experience in scripting (Python, Bash, Go, Ruby).
• Familiar with observability and on-call rotations.
• Confident in Linux administration.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps and ITIL.
• Proactive and passionate about continuous improvement.
