• Lead and motivate diverse teams on various types of projects
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, issues, risks, and deliverables
• Function as a Scrum Master to lead effective Agile ceremonies
• Facilitate communication among project teams and client stakeholders
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of digital projects
• Develop domain expertise in the client's business space
• Coach and mentor team members
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
• Contribute to the internal development of Agile processes
• Proactively analyze and implement process improvements

Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience
• 2 years of Agile experience
• Experience with Confluence / JIRA or equivalent tools
• Experience managing distributed or remote teams
• In-depth understanding of the digital development process
• CSM and PMP certifications are a plus
• Some travel may be required
• Experience in regulated environments is a plus
