As a Lead CDP Consultant, you will serve as the day-to-day marketing technology point of contact and help clients maximize their investment in a Customer Data Platform.

In Short

• Serve as the marketing technology point of contact for clients.
• Develop a strategic roadmap for Customer Data Platform (CDP) activation.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team including Architects and Data Engineers.
• Promote information security best practices.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather business requirements.
• Create and prioritize CDP use cases.
• Provide hands-on support and training for clients.
• Assess and audit clients' marketing technology stacks.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy standards.
• Utilize deep domain expertise in digital marketing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, consulting, or analytics.
• 3+ years of experience in an agency environment.
• Strong consulting and client-facing skills.
• Experience with multi-channel marketing hubs by Adobe or Salesforce.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Real-Time CDP.
• Knowledge of customer data platforms and modern data infrastructure.
• Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
• College degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
